Verses From The Window
These paintings are taken from Verses from the Window, a collection that sees the city as a living score, where houses become verses, streets become rhythms, and every window holds a story waiting to be sung.
Like postcards from stories preserved in the urban landscape, each house is a world of its own, but none of the houses exist in isolation. They stand side by side, sharing walls, streets, memories, and time, composing a collective portrait of a place and the lives that have passed through it.
Verses from the Window invites us to read the city as we might read a poem or listen to a song: noticing the pauses, the repetitions, the harmonies, and the unexpected rhythms that emerge when individual stories coexist. The buildings become storytellers, the streets become their verses, and the city itself becomes a song that sings on.
